I’ve started trying to reframe my social media use as a positivity


1: Focusing on Sharing What I Enjoy/Positives

For me, the key to using social media positively is to focus on the good. Share uplifting content, engage in meaningful conversations, and be kind to others. By doing so, you can help create a more positive online community.
